This etching was drawn on the plate in a soft ground technique in 1970 at the Five Mile Dam area of Chico, California. It is one of a set of four prints. It is usually printed in raw umber, burnt umber or mars violet with a yellow tint. The plate took twenty hours to make and is printed on Rives BFK printmaking.
