This is a hand-colored intaglio etching that speaks to all prisoners of
war. It is mainly about German pow's because my father was one. He was
captured in the "Battle of the Bulge" and held in a German Prisoner of
War Camp. One of the colors in this print was made by applying coffee
to the paper. It gives a different brown. The word "Verboten" is bannered
across the surface. It is printed on Rives BFK printmaking paper.
